Melanie Cannon and Eddie Hanna are two of my favorite people today. Just read a story about how they decided to cancel their wedding to save the life of their sick rescued pitbull. What is even more touching and surprising to me is that the shelter they got the dog from heard the story and decided to get local vendors to donate to be able to make their wedding still possible. I'm shocked vendors where so willing when the dog is a pitbull. Of course I love pits and would definitely do anything for my girls but as a pit owner I know the treatment these dogs get by people and the nasty look the owners of them get.
