Bye bye cell phone and current provider.

In April I decided to trade in my old iPhone since it was out of storage and started my own plan. So I researched a lot online with all major providers. Asked friends, took fb poll and that all lead to me going with sprint for network and Samsung 6s edge since it was the newest, bestest at the time.  Sprint coverage was less then I expected right away. I mainly decide to go with sprint since that is who my boss use. Every week I've had my phone these last 7 months I get a notice a "roaming data". Basically about 45 days and I regret it going with Sprint and was already past the 30 day deadline of being able to reverse the lease (which i didn't understand it was at signup) and get any refund. Definitely felt stuck and called customer service many times however they claimed it was a different rebate and blah blah blah it was always in their favor basically. Even when I had connection issues they said it was my Wi-Fi and call my internet provider and of course my internet provider said everything's working fine wish I need to be true since my smart TV had no problem connecting to the Wi-Fi. I'm really started to  hate sprint which probably colored my feelings about my cell phone.
Lucky for me while at work today at T Mobile representative walked in and ask if I was happy with my provider. I am immediately said no but that I was stuck with them. She offered me a buyout and the contract which I have heard T Mobile does & advertise. Since I never use the edge features I went ahead and decided to go with a new phone since I lost my phone and no I can't keep it and have to mail it back. I could have ordered another samsung galaxy s6 edge which is now a double-edged screen but there are many things about my iPhone I do miss after having this phone for 7 months. I have to wait for my phone to the email so we'll see how this goes as far as the process of switching in the buyout. I will be glad to have Siri back as well. I went with the smoke gray color.
